NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 6, 2024, in Case No: 22-CA-010294, pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough county, Florida, wherein Superior Holdings LLC is the Plaintiff, and Choice 1 Investment Group LLC, et. al., are the Defendants; Cindy Stuart, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following described property to the highest cash bidder at an auction which will be held at 10:00 AM on April 11, 2024, on the World Wide Web at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, to-wit:
Lot 51 of REVISED MAP OF EAST BUNGALOW PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 48, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with (1/2) of the vacated alley abutting thereon; and
Lots 49 and 50 less the East 10 feet thereof of REVISED MAP OF EAST BUNGALOW PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 48, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with the East (1/2) of the vacated alley lying West of and adjacent thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
