NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of March, 2024, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-003678, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016 CTT is the Plaintiff and LUIS A. LOPEZ A/K/A LUIS LOPEZ A/K/A LUIS ANGEL LOPEZ, TINA M. LEONELLI LOPEZ A/K/A TINA LEONELLI LOPEZ, RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND TRUSTBIZ, LLC, AS TRUSTEE ONLY, UNDER THE 16-560 LAND TRUST, UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE TRUSTBIZ, LLC, AS TRUSTEE ONLY, UNDER THE 16-560 LAND TRUST are defendants. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of April, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 3, RIVERCREST PHASE 1B1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
