NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 22-CA-001482 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC6 , Plaintiff, and, GORDON, ARTNEL, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 12 day of JUNE, 2024, the following described property:
