NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2024, and entered in 22-CA-004032 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT R. MELTZER A/K/A ROBERT RICHARD MELZER, JR; KATLIN MARIE MELZER; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TONYA WAGES; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A KAYLA PORTER are the Defendant(s). Kevin C.
