Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 6, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 4-E, PINEWOOD VILLAS UNIT - I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGES 70 THROUGH 72 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6980 ULMERTON ROAD UNIT 4E, LARGO, FL 33771; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 7, 2024 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
