GILSON; CHRISTOPHER M. MOTTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER M. MOTTE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. LAURA E.
