WHEREAS, ERIC SANTARLASCI , a resident of Pasco County, Florida, died on August 7, 2021, owning assets in the State of Florida, and
WHEREAS, CHRISTINA R. SANTARLASCI,, and whose address is 10309 Nicklaus Drive, Trinity, FL 34655, the ex-wife of the Decedent, ERIC SANTARLASCI, has been appointed Personal Representative of the Florida estate of the decedent and has performed all acts prerequisite to issuance of Letters of Administration in the estate, and shall serve Personal Representative of the decedent's estate without being required to furnish a Bond
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge, declare CHRISTINA R. SANTARLASCI to be duly qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as Personal Representative of the estate of ERIC SANTARLASCI, who has furnished the requisite Court Ordered Bond, with full power to administer the estate according to law; to ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive the property of the decedent; to pay the debts of the decedent as far as the assets for the estate will permit and the law directs; and to make distribution of the estate according to law.
