NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2023, and entered in Case No. 41-2022-CA-003594 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Successor Trustee To Citibank, N.A. As Trustee To Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005- 10, is the Plaintiff and Eli Munoz, Marcial E. Solorzano, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Kathleen Perry, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the April 10, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
