YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for mandatory injunction has been commenced regarding the following property in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
UNIT 106-D, BUILDING “E”, BAYSHORE-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, Section 4, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 954, Pages 995 through 1015, inclusive, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 142 and 143, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
more commonly known as 4117 Heron Way E106 Bradenton FL 34205.
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Association Assessment Attorneys, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 111 2nd Ave. N.E. Suite 539, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before with service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
