NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of September, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-000682 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and YUDIT SAVORIT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YUDIT SAVORIT N/K/A JOHN DOE; BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE; LVNV FUNDING, LLC; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; UNIFUND CCR, LLC, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 4th day of April 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
