NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 28, 2024, and entered in Case No. 58-2019-CA-002774-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank Of New York as Trustee for Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-FRE1, is the Plaintiff and Walter Delgado, Rosaura Timoteo, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the April 30, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
