NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 16, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-002992 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Indenture Trustee for FBR Securitization Trust 2005-3, Callable Mortgage-Backed Notes, 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Gerhard T. Hess, Maria Hess, The Estate of Donald C. Hedstrom, Shenandoah Estates, Inc., Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Wilma Freeze, Unknown Party#2 N/K/A Dale Freeze, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the April 25, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 36, SHENANDOAH ESTATES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 761 PAGE 191, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
