NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 23-CC-088617, of the County Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Plaintiff, and the above mentioned Defendants, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 26, 2024. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The following is the subject property being foreclosed and set for auction as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit No. 3-3, Building No. 3, of Laurelon Village of Meadowood Unit 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4647, Page 1095, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Hillsborough County Florida.
