NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 14, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-011511 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HEADLANDS RESIDENTIAL SERIES OWNER TRUST, SERIES E, Plaintiff and JARED FAGER A/K/A JARED MARMARELLIS FAGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JARED FAGER A/K/A JARED MARMARELLIS FAGER; ASBURY PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CONNER MORE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MARIO MELGAR are defendants, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on June 12, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
