NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2023, and entered in Case No. 29-2022-CA-006385 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as trustee for Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2017-2,as owner of the Related Mortgage Loan, is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey Jenkins aka Jeffrey R. Jenkins , Meb Loan Trust VI, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Luis Angel Mantilla Sanchez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the April 15, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
