NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 16, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-014484 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Asset-Backed Securities 2004-2 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and Renescia Lataura Hayes, Reginald Marquis Hayes, Reginald Hayes, Cristina Phase II Homeowners Association, Inc, Hillsborough County, FL, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the April 16, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
