NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 04, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-005528-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FFC, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and Marcio Biet a/k/a Marcio Mendes Biet a/k/a Marcio Mendes Biet, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of April, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
