NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of March 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-009711, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein UNITED WHOLESALE MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MYRON JENKINS A/K/A MYRON JENKINS JR; WHITNEY MCAFFEE; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and
best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of April 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
