NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 13, 2024 and an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Personal Damages dated the 15th day of September 2023 and entered in CASE NO. 23-001640-CO of the County Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Interstate Credit Management, LLC is Plaintiff's Assignee and the Stacy L. Shelton is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at the subject property, 922 10th Street S.W., Largo, FL 33770, at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of April 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
