NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 17th day of January A.D., 2024 in the cause wherein Bre Mariner Dolphin Village, LLC, was plaintiff(s), and C & C Wholesale Inc, trading or doing business as Fine Jewelry and Wholesale, was defendant(s), being Case No. 20-004894-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, C & C Wholesale, Inc. trading or doing business as Fine Jewelry and Wholesale, in and to the following described property to wit:
All of the judgment debtor's, C & C Wholesale, Inc., goods, inventory, including but not limited to jewelry, jewelry accessories, moveable or free-standing display cases, equipment, furniture, fixtures, including all existing additions and accessions thereof and thereto.
and on the 24th day of April A.D., 2024, at Bay Area Auction Services, Inc., located at 8010 US Highway 19 N, in the city of Pinellas Park, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant's right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, as provided by law, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Execution.
