NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 23-008227-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Paul G. Obin; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association; Springwood Villas, Inc., No. 1, a Condominium are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of April, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 47 AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIM PLAT OF SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 25 AND 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED OCTOBER 10, 1968, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2926, PAGE 668, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3696, PAGE 736, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5264, PAGE 1427 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
