NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2024, and entered in 19-002994-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GSMPS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-RP2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-RP2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY JOSEPH KUNISH are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 10, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
