ON BEHALF OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-AC5 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AC5 is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN N. JACHENS; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 10, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
