Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Order Amending Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, Re-setting Foreclosure Sale, and Directing Clerk Not to Cancel Sale Upon a Bankruptcy Filing by any or all of the Defendants, Devonna A. Newcomb a/k/a Devonna Matson, Linda G. Pettus, Michael Matson, or Any Other Case That Purports to Affect the Property, and Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered contemporaneously therewith in the above styled cause, the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Volusia County, Florida, described as:
The North 65 feet of the South 235 feet of the East 1/3 of Lot 2, Block 72, DAYTONA, situate, lying and being in Volusia County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an electronic sale at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on MAY 1, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
