TO THE INTERSECTION WITH A LINE BEARING N 80 DEGREES 00' 32'' W, FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE S 80 DEGREES 00' 32'' E, 124 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
