The Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Mirada Community Development District (the “District”) held an emergency meeting on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at the Residence Inn by Marriott, Tampa Suncoast Parkway at NorthPointe Village, 2101 Northpointe Parkway, Lutz, Florida 33558 to consider the Report of the District Engineer, Amended Master Methodology Report, preliminary debt assessments, and set a public hearing relating to the Assessment Area Three Project.
