TO: SOUTHERN RESORTS, INC., a dissolved Florida Corporation, and ANY UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF CAROL B. SANTOS, including all parties claiming interests by, through, under or against Estate of Carol B. Santos, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to quiet title to the following real property, lying and being situated in Charlotte County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Units 24-E and 25-E, CASTAWAYS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, a condominium according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 27A & 7B, and according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 565, Pages 2006 thru 2058, and Official Records Book 575, Pages 812 thru 863, as amended in Official Records Book 591, Pages 003 and 004, and Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 633, Pages 1509 thru 1536, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy upon Bryan S. Kessler, Esq., Attorney for the Plaintiffs, whose address is 1872 Tamiami Trail S, Suite D, Venice, Florida 34293, not later than 30 days after the first publication of this notice; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
