NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 6, 2023, and order resetting sale dated 12.21.23, entered in the above captioned cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, the following described property:

The vacated portion of SCOTT AVENUE (platted as Sunset Drive) lying north of and adjacent to LOTS 1 through 10, BLOCK A, WHITFIELD ESTATES BUSINESS DISTRICT, a resubdivision of Lots 20 through 25, inclusive, Block 1, and Lots 8 through 15, inclusive, Block 23, Unit 1, WHITFIELD ESTATES, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 32, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. The said vacated portion of SCOTT AVENUE being the south 15 feet more or less of the platted 80 foot right-of-way.
