NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Joint Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated 12/22/2023, and entered in case number 22-CA-1027 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Veronawalk Homeowners Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Bruce Howard and Christine Howard are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 am on April 18, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING, AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: LOT 56, VERONAWALK, PHASE 1 A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO BRUCE F. HOWARD AND CHRISINTE M. HOWARD, HUSBAND AND WIFE BY DEED FROM KENNETH E. MOONEY AND MARY JANE MOONEY RECORDED 04/13/2011 IN DEED BOOK 4671 PAGE 2099, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have on other recourse against the Plaintiff, the Defendants, or the Plaintiff's counsel.
