NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated March 20, 2024 entered in Case No. 2018-CA-000557 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-RP1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”) and PATRICIA WILLIAMS A/K/A PATRICIA WILLIAMS-THOMPSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA WILLIAMS A/K/A PATRICIA WILLIAMS-THOMPSON N/K/A TROY THOMPSON (“Defendants”). Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on April 18, 2024 at 11:00am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF TRACT NO. 113 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 50,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 82 AND
83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
