NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 004697 NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SOUTH GATE VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM SECTION EIGHT ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELLEN S. POOLE; JOHN ALLEN POOLE; LYNN A. PARROTT; MARIBETH D. POOLE; CHRISTOPHER POOLE A/K/A EDWARD S. POOLE, IV; CONNOR POOLE and JARED POOLE are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing as Clerk of said Court, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
