All of Lot 2 and a portion of Lots 1, 3, and 4 of PARRISH PLATTED SUBDIVISION NO IMPROVEMENTS, as recorded in Plat Book 77, Page 9 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida being more particularly described as: As a point of reference begin at the SW corner of said Lot 2, thence proceed N40°46'07”W, along the Southwestern boundary of said PARRISH PLATTED SUBDIVISION NO IMPROVEMENTS, a distance of 352.00 feet to the NW corner of said Lot 2, thence N65°08'08”E, a distance of 20.80 feet; thence N39°45'33”E, a distance of 62.88 feet; thence N53°28'22”E, a distance of 93.23 feet; thence S40°56'07”E, a distance of 85.01 feet; thence S65°09'42”W, a distance of 28.24 feet; thence S25°15'36”E, a distance of 74.00 feet; thence S45°25'02”E, a distance of 171.75 feet; thence N49°13'52”E, a distance of 25.58 feet; thence S45°25'02”E a distance of 30.10 feet to the SE corner of said Lot 2 and to the platted right of way line of Armor Road; thence S49°13'52”W, along said right of
way line, a distance of 170.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, TOGETHER WITH a 1994 Redman Industries mobile home, I.D. 146M8373A & 146M8373B.
