NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment for Partition dated March 19, 2024, and entered in 2024-CA-2083 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Jacolade Trust Inc., is the Plaintiff and Living Interior Plant Service Inc. is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 25, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment for Partition, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 1, Country Hills Unit One E., according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 52 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 4722 S. Dawnmeadow Ct., Plant City, FL. 33566 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
