STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF CONDITIONAL SITE REHABILITATION COMPLETION ORDER (CSRCO)
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) gives notice of the issuance of Conditional Site Rehabilitation Completion Order (CSRCO) (Order) for the contaminated site known as the Harcros Chemicals, Inc., 5132 Trenton St., Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida FDEP Site # ERIC_13804 (Formerly COM_69575) (Property) including the following parcels or parts of parcels: #192934ZZZ000001622300U/ 3610 S 50th St, Tampa; #1929341Q4000000000160U/ 5020 Trenton St, Tampa; #1929341Q4000000000180U/ 5132 Trenton St, Tampa; 12928ZZZ000004136900U/ No Street Address (Site). The Order confirms that the
FDEP has approved the rehabilitation of the Property and that the Site meets the requirements of Chapter 62-780, FAC for closure.

A person whose substantial interests are affected by the Department's action may petition for an administrative proceeding (hearing) in accordance with Sections 120.569 and 120.57, FS. The petition must be received by the Agency Clerk, Department of Environmental Protection, 3900 Commonwealth Boulevard, Mail Station 35, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3000, within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
The failure of any person to file a petition for an administrative hearing within the appropriate time period shall constitute a waiver of that person's right to request an administrative determination (hearing) under Sections 120.569 and 120.57, FS.
