NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2024, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-010311 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the CIM Trust 2018-R6 Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2018-R6 , is the Plaintiff and Kimberly S. Patterson a/k/a Kimberly Patterson, , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the June 27, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
