NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 6th day of November 2023, in Civil Action No. 23-CA-004896 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is
the Plaintiff and PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH JOHN BUSA, CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS, a Florida Municipal Corporation, LIANNE BUSA and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 1st day of May, 2024, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
