NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2024, and entered in Case No. 52-2023-CA-007404 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2020-2, is the Plaintiff and Thomas E. Krause, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the May 2, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
