INVITATION TO BID BID #24-1264 CITY OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA
Sealed bids for the supply of “Badger Water Meters & Repair Parts” to the City of Dunedin Water Division will be received until the time and date noted below at the Purchasing Office, in Dunedin City Hall, 737 Louden Ave. Suite 212, Dunedin, Florida 34698. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Individuals requiring assistance under the provision of American with Disabilities Act (ADA) should submit their requirements in writing to the Purchasing Section forty-eight [48] hours prior to the bid opening.

The contract (the “contract” or the “agreement”) will consist of the supply of various water meters and repair parts manufactured by Badger Meter, Inc. The water meters and parts are used to make repairs to the City's potable water distribution system. Parts will be ordered on an as needed basis and will become a part of the City's Water Division inventory. The awarded Contractor (the “Contractor”) will deliver the parts to the Dunedin Water Division located at 1401 County Road #1 Dunedin, FL 34698. Specifications are available in the City of Dunedin Purchasing Office (Phone 727-298-3077). You may also email your request to [email protected] or download a copy from www.demandstar.com. Envelopes containing bids (submit one original, one copy and a usb copy) shall be securely sealed and clearly marked:

No bidder shall withdraw their bid after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All bids must be firm bids for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the time set for opening bids. The City of Dunedin reserves the right to accept such bids, as are in the best interests of the City, to waive informalities, or to reject any or all bids. Bids which are incomplete or which are not submitted in accordance with the instructions may be disqualified.
