CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Downtown Redevelopment - Town Center/City Hall Site
The City of Oldsmar, Florida, a Florida Municipal Corporation, is soliciting proposals from any qualified firm or group of firms able to act in planning and development capacity to implement a mixed-use project on approximately 8.0 acres of property owned by the City of Oldsmar in downtown Oldsmar adjacent to Tampa Road.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the City of Oldsmar, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655; or the City of Oldsmar website at www.myoldsmar.com on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to [email protected]. Questions received by 5:00 PM, local time, Friday, April 12, 2024, will be read aloud and answered during the mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting. Registration for the mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting is required by 2:00 PM, Monday, April 15, 2024, via email to [email protected]. The City will host a mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, April 16, 2024.

The proposals shall be delivered to Oldsmar City Hall, c/o City Manager Felicia Donnelly, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677-3655, and must be stamped received no later than 2:00 PM, local time, MONDAY, JUNE 17, 2024.
