Argersinger aka Rubyi Argersinger aka Ruby I. Argersinger aka Ruby Lentz Argersinger, City of Lakeland, a Florida Municipal Corporation, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the May 28, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
