Notice is hereby given that, on May 18, 2024, at 9:00 AM, at 30 East Ln., Lk. Alfred, FL 33850, Palm Shores MHP, LLC, d/b/a/ Palm Shores Mobile Village, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property abandoned by Ronald E. Pouliot, to wit: A certain 1964 GULF singlewide mobile home, bearing VIN # G12150CK854. The name of the former tenant is Ronald E. Pouliot.
All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising and sale.
