NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2024, and entered in Case No. 48-2016-CA-010323-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Avalon Home and Property Owners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1, Unknown Party #2, Rozina Heyward aka Rozina Choudhry, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the May 28, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
