NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2022-CA-002648-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OH1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OH1, Plaintiff, and, MCRAE, DALLAS PARKER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of June, 2024, the following described property:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, DELANEY TERRACE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
