NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2024, entered in Case No. 2023-CA-5803 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ARTISAN LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA LYNN BURNS and AQUA FINANCE, INC., are the Defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court of Manatee County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 12th day of June 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 129 of ARTISAN LAKES PARCEL J PHASE 2A, 2B & 2C, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page(s) 142-147, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
