NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2024, and entered in 2023 CA 006190 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and JUDITH L. CONNELL A/K/A JUDITH CONNELL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GULF GATE EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 20, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 4, GULF GATE EAST, UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26 PAGE 29-29A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
