Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated April 25, 2024, entered in Civil Case No. 23-CC-090563, in the COUNTY COURT in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein THE LINKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JONATHAN KUSZ, et al., are the Defendants, Cindy Stuart, HILLSBOROUGH County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Lot 18, Block 7, Bloomingdale Sectio 'AA/GG', Unit 3 Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 30 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
