NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 4/23/2024 and entered in Case No.23-CC-7746 of the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Windsor West Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Thomas L. Stevenson is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AMon the 23 day of May, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. A 35B, OF WINDSOR WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1360, PAGE 2211, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
