Final Judgment was awarded on April 18, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2022 CA 000645, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSRPM LOAN TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff, and JAMI FUIME A/K/A JAMI FIUME A/K/A J FIUME; LAWRENCE FUIME, III A/K/A LAWRENCE FIUME, III A/K/A LAWRENCE M. FIUME; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tom Bexley will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Clerk of Circuit and County Court, Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Bldg. 1, Civil/Criminal Dept 2nd Floor, Bunnell, FL 32110 on May 31, 2024 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 34 AND 35, OF BLOCK 15, OF PALM COAST, MAP OF BELLE TERRE, SECTION 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 73 THROUGH 80 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED BY INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 35, AT PAGE 528, PUBLIC RECORDS OF FLAGLER COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
