NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 8, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 2021CA001996CAAXWS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS COLLATERAL TRUSTEE OF FIRSTKEY MASTER FUNDING 2021-A COLLATERAL TRUST, Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS AND TRUSTEES OF RONALD L CHAPMAN AKA RONALD LEE CHAPMAN, DECEASED; JACK W. HENSLEY; MELANIE BOOHER A/K/A MELANIE J. BOOHER; JOSEPH KYLE CHAPMAN; RHONDA JEAN CHAPMAN; AMBER NICOLE DEROSIER; RONALD LEE CHAPMAN; PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; STATE OF FLORIDA; CROWN ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC ASSIGNEE OF GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL CORPORATION SYNCHRONY BANK (CHEVRON AND TEXACO CREDIT) are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on June 5, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
