NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2024, entered in Case No. 2023-CA-3794-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ASBEL ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and RICARDO CAMACHO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RICARDO OMAR CAMACHO TRUST DATED AUGUST 31; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 as unknown tenants in Possession; and CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., are the Defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of Court of Pasco County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 24th day of June 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
